Good Morning 2008 Ghana Mission Dream Team,
Hello and greetings from Ghana. Akwaaba, Akwaaba, Akwaaba! !!!! I am very, very thankful to the Lord for His faithfulness. I thank God for bringing us home safely. Our God is an Awesome God.We had a very, very successful mission trip this year. We did come across some obstacles, but of course it would not be a mission trip if everything went on as planned.
I would like to thank each and everyone of you for your prayers, your time, the money that you spent, and the families that you left behind . I pray that God Almighty will replace everything that you lost during this trip in abundance from our luggage's to our health. If you are a member of MVCC you know that God owes absolutely everything and we owed absolutely nothing. I am very, very greatful that you were able to partner with us on this years mission.Thank you.
Please continue to FAST and PRAY, and allow God to use you all the time not just on the mission field, but throughout the year. Continue to pray and let God show you where He wants to use you next for His Kingdom. I don't know about you, but I am glad that I used my time to serve the Lord.
I would like to thank Miss. Patricia Whitehead and her support team for the job well done. We serve an Awesome God. Thank you so much Miss. Patricia......
Now, please continue to take your malaria pills as prescribed by your doctor, I know everyone is still struggling with our 7 hours time difference, please feel free to call me between 3 & 4am if you would like to talk, just kidding!!!!!!
I will end here with Psalm 100
Shout joyfully to the LORD, all the earth. Serve the LORD with gladness: Come before Him with joyful singing. Know that the LORD Himself is God; It is He who made us, and not we ourselves; We are His people and the sheep of His pasture. Enter His gates with thanksgiving And His courts with praise. Give thanks to Him, bless His name. For the LORD is good; His loving kindness is everlasting. And His faithfulness to all generation. Amen
Thanks again
God bless you

Message From Missionary Chris F.
Doris and Mission Ghana Team
I praise God for each of you. We've endured no power, cold water, and cockroaches together! I believe God is pleased with the sacrifice that each of you made for His Kingdom. It was a joy to get to know each of you and to share the journey with you. We will probably not see all the fruit of our labor on this side of eternity but be assured that seeds were sown and watered; let's praise God for the increase!
I pray the Lord will continue to restore you and bless your lives as you bless others by sharing the experience of Begoro.

A Message from Shawnine W.
We serve a mighty God.
Thank you Lord for safety and moving through the team in a mighty way.
I want to say thanks to Mother, Auntie Comfort and Susanna for their warm hearts and for always taking care of the team as though they are your own.
Thank you to Uncle Kofi for being the navigator while serving in Ghana & Mrs. Doris for all your sacrifices and commitment.
To the team we are all so proud of all your work and sacrifices. Job well done.
1 Corinthians 15:57-58 :
Therefore, my dear brothers, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain.

Mission Team Update-Ghana Team Returns
Good evening Ghana family,
Praise God our Ghana Mission has been accomplished according to God's plan.
Our missionaries have arrived home! They arrived at MVCC around 6pm this evening.
Please continue to pray for the team during the week. They will be adjusting to a 7 hr delay in time. It may take a while for our first time missionaries. So family and friends please be patient with the adjustment of time. I am sure as the team rests and gets back on track we will hear all of what God has done in Ghana.
We thank Doris & her family in Ghana, Kofi Mintah (brother) Comfort Ntim Boaduda (sister) Susan Acheampong (sister) Pastor Okante, and the support team for once again hosting MVCC and partnering with us to accomplish God's work.
Thank you all, for your prayers & many words of encouragements to the mission team on the blog & emails. I know our missionaries will be blessed with the outpouring of support you gave.
ll Timothy 4:7-8 I have fought a good fight, I have finished the course, I have Kept the faith; in the future there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day; and not only to me but also to all who have loved His appearing.
